“Happy Birthday Eca!! :) it’s been almost twelve years since i first met you and you’ve changed in many ways. You’re definitely more mature now, definitely prettier and hotter and sexier and wiser and smarter and different in many other wonderful ways!! Haha :) I’m proud of the woman you’ve become. :) May our friendship continue to strengthen through the years.. And may your dreams come true. Eighteen ka na!! You can do anything!! Haha. Love you. :)”—A birthday greeting from my friend Ria. (it’s one of my favorite greeting first because she is just so sweet, next is because there are just too many damn compliments. I love you Ria!)
Last week, I went to Hong Kong with my Mom and Sister. And I really enjoyed it. Aside from the shopping, the food was soo great. We stayed at Park Hotel in Kowloon in Tsim Tsa Tsui where there are loots of shops and restaurants. We ate noodles almost everyday, and honestly after the first 2 days we sort of got sick of it and we were already looking for rice. Haha!
I forgot the name of this restaurant, but it had THE BEST DUMPLINGS I HAVE EVER EVER TASTED. EVER. I can’t emphasize enough how good it was.
We saw this side street food stall in Mong Kok Night Market. We didnt try it, cause we just finished eating Fried Siu Mai (yeah, i think thats were we got the term siomai.)
My sister and I in Victoria Peak. It was really really cool and windy that day and i was wearing a skirt. I had to take photos and make sure that i wasnt revealing too much. HAHA.
ofcourse we went to Disneyland. :)
Aaah, shopping. :D These cardigans were being sold for 2 for HK$150 and they had almost every color of the rainbow. Mom bought some. But for me the shopping highlight was going to H&M!! (I wasn’t able to take a picture there, i was too focused on going around the store. And there were loots of people there so, nahiya rin ako. ) We dont have h&m here, and they dont even have an english online store, so yeah i was stoked! Bought a couple of pieces, including some rings, which ill post soon. :D And there were loads of shoe stores too.
T’was a fun trip. Just what i needed before starting another school year!
